Afternoon Reflections at The Ranch

It’s that time of the year where everything seems to be going going going… Slowing down is hard to do when every weekend is filled with weddings and work with Tremaine Events, and the weeks are filled with preparation for the next. Finding time to sit, think, reflect and figure out just where we want our small business to go is something we do quite a lot. We’ve changed direction time and time again, but with every change comes the refreshing and exciting outlook of something new. With every new opportunity or experience comes education and an opportunity to learn a long the way. We’ve been trying to find time to spend with friends and family as much as we can. We are very much ‘yes’ people and love to be social. But, we do love to spend quality time together.  (more…)

Flying Straight Into Marriage on First Class

When the groom is a pilot and the bride is a flight attendant, you’re bound to see some clever ways to lean into that story. After all, they booked the talented Shannon Smith of Sassy Soirees to take care of all of the details which were nothing short of amazing. With only an hour to flip a large ceremony into a gorgeous reception, the pressure was on. Our wonderful team was able to set up our 40′ arbor over 4 bridal party tables in less than 20 minutes which was quite a feat. Once we finished, Sarah’s Wedding Garden took over and knocked out another stunning install full of beautiful blush tones on each guest table as well as lovely greenery on our large arbor to make it all pop. It is truly amazing what you can achieve with an amazing team of vendors involved. After all of the details were set and our time was up, we once again had the pleasure of having Daniel Kim Photography the event. We have said it before but not only is Daniel Kim a delight to work with, his work is always impeccable. We loved all of the beautiful details from this special day at El Chorro and can’t wait to see what Shannon and this incredible team of vendors has up their sleeves for the next one we can all (hopefully) work on together again.  (more…)

An Autumn Dinner in the Garden

Finding the time for ourselves during our busy season is a little complicated. From weekends filled with weddings and deliveries, to week days filled with office work and preparation for the next busy weekend, we have a hard time catching our breath. Luckily, we decided before the busy season that we would plan a few nights over the next few months to have friends over. I’m sure you see all the beautiful weddings and events we work or are apart of and think how great it must be. But quite frankly, we rarely enjoy those beautiful events. Which is why we plan things, like an autumn dinner in the garden with close friends, to make it all that much more special for the people we love, as well as ourselves.  (more…)

A Haunted Halloween Party Round 4

This past weekend, we hosted our 4th annual Haunted Halloween bash at the ranch. We always love planning and putting this party on. Halloween is one of our all time favorite holidays. Being able to dress up and get creative with a costume is so much fun. With our past events, we decided on a theme for our decor. Our past events include decor themed around Stranger Things & It, but this year we went with something a little more broad; freak show!  (more…)

A Garden And Citrus Inspired Wedding

We often get asked about what our custom work process looks like. We have a few different options depending on what the project is. Many of our custom projects for our clients are things that have no become staples in the Tremaine Events inventory. For example; our 40ft long table arbor. This arbor was an idea that was brought to us by a bride who had a vision for using a large arbor over their bridal party table. Ally, the bride, found the most beautiful image online of a free standing arbor hanging above two tables, but knew she had a bigger vision in mind. We loved the idea and after a few logistical ideas, we were so excited to build the custom 40ft long arbor for this garden and citrus inspired wedding. (more…)

An Intimate Boho Bridal Shower

We’re big fans of celebrating life’s exciting moments – big and small – in big and small ways. Whether you’re planning an epic engagement shoot or considering a 300+ wedding at your dream venue, it really doesn’t matter how you decide to celebrate as long as it is exactly what you want. Looking back on any sort of event, the first think you should remember is how happy you were. Today, we’re sharing the cutest and thoughtful intimate boho bridal shower. Bride to be, Madi, was surrounded with her closest friends and family at a private residence where it was just the right amount of details to make this shower so special. (more…)

A Summer Inspired Farmer’s Market Wedding

Over the summer, we worked on a few projects here and there. To be honest, we haven’t been doing nearly as many styled shoots as we used to. The great thing about styled shoots is the networking and content that gets created. They’re a great way to branch out and try something new, too. When Dan & Erin PhotoCinema reached out with this brilliant summer inspired farmer’s market wedding, we knew we had to be a part of it. With colorful florals, one of the newest venues right here in Scottsdale, Arizona, and truly a dream team, this summer inspired farmer’s market wedding shoot is one that is filled with inspiration.  (more…)

Southwestern-Inspired Wedding with Geometric Details

Aubrey, a wedding coordinator at Details, Darling and Austin, are basically what happens when people fall in love at first site. When searching for a wedding location, Aubrey initially envisioned a winery wedding but after visiting El Chorro in Paradise Valley, Arizona, during her trip home for Christmas, she knew she had found her dream spot. With Southwestern-inspired wedding with geometric details in her head, Aubrey planned the perfect day with so many details. To be honest, this wedding is back from 2016! We know we know… we’ve been sitting on it for a while (almost two years) and are thrilled to finally be sharing all the pretty that was captured. Hold on to your hats, because this Southwestern-inspired wedding with geometric details is a stunner! (more…)
