When we get a client who is interested in having our 36ft table arbor at their reception, we always get super excited. It’s such a unique piece and it takes a lot of man power to set up, so we love when a bride is willing to take a risk on such a cool piece. This elegant outdoor wedding with black and white details wasn’t shy about taking the jump on this unique detail.
This wedding was planned and coordinator by one of our local favorite planner, Shannon Smith of Sassy Soirees. We always love working with her. She has such a great eye for design and gets the work done with a positive attitude. When Shannon brought us on the team for this wedding, we knew it was going to be amazing. The touches on this elegant outdoor wedding with black and white details were beautifully executed. A few of our favorites were the seating chart and the hanging globes over the head tables for a candlelit dinner.
The last time we had done this set up at El Chorro, it was an hour flip between ceremony and reception. You can see that wedding here. For those of you who don’t know what that means let me break it down for you. It basically means that you have one hour to flip the entire location from a ceremony set up to a reception set up. That means moving chairs and decor, and replacing it with new tables, chairs and other decor. It was an insane energy but it got done with the most beautiful finishing touches. This elegant outdoor wedding with black and white details was no different.
The photographs from Ashley Rae are absolutely stunning. Ashley has a great way for capturing an event or wedding. The floral work for this elegant outdoor wedding with black and white details was done by Sarah’s Wedding Garden. Sarah and her team knock it out every single time. It is truly always a pleasure working with her and we love being able to see the talent that creates these beautiful floral arrangements on the regular.
Oh, and if you’ve made it this far, we had one more detail we wanted to share about our 36ft table arbor. This piece was a custom order from a past client. They had this idea to create a large table arbor for their reception, but had no idea how to build it or where to get one from. They reached out to us and we did a custom built order for them. The best thing about our custom orders is that we typically charge you the rental rate, so it saves you on costs. Pieces get added to our inventory, and other clients can use it when looking for unique decor options for their wedding day. We love doing custom projects! If you’re interested in a custom project or piece for your wedding or event, be sure to contact us through our contact form. We would love to chat more about your idea.
