Did you see our Bright + Colorful Birthday Party Inspiration on the blog last week? It was filled with an epic rainbow balloon installation, the most colorful cake and even the cutest bar set up from Iconic Cocktail Co. The beauty that was this collaborative shoot was recently featured over on Inspired By This, but we wanted to break up all the gorgeous details in a couple of different posts for you. What we didn’t share on the first post was the delicious cocktails that came with the bar. You read that right… PLURAL cocktails! Today, we’re sharing Two Colorful and Delicious Cocktail Recipes with Iconic Cocktail Co. that you can make in the comfort of your own home.

The Roy G. (Orange cocktail)

1.5oz Vodka,
1oz Iconic Ginga Syrup
1/2oz carrot juice
1/2oz lemon juice with
Mint garnish

To create a layer cocktail, pour your ingredients slowing against the back of a bar spoon. This will allow your layers to sit one on top of the other, starting with the heaviest ingredients first.
In a chilled flute glass, add carrot juice. One by one, layer Iconic Ginga Syrup, lemon juice, and vodka. Garnish with mint.
Stirring is encouraged after the drink is presented!

“Biv” (Purple cocktail)

2oz Gin
1oz Iconic Mulberry Rose
1/2oz Creme de Violette
1/2oz lemon
Edible flower garnish

Iconic’s Mulberry Rose is a limited and seasonal flavor! If you have it, lucky you! If not, try substituting this flavor for Prickly Pear Sour or Cranberry Thyme.

In a shaker, combine gin, Iconic Mulberry Rose, and lemon juice with ice. Shake until chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Using the back of your bar spoon, slowly pour Creme de Violette to create a layered look.
Garnish with edible flower.
