We’re throwing it back today to share all about A Night With Williams-Sonoma that took place a few years ago. Williams–Sonoma hosted a night for couples to experience some of the loveliest wedding vendors in person. Each creative was hand picked to bring beautiful products that couples can look, taste, and touch to their store in the Biltmore Fashion Park. The night was filled with local bakers, calligraphers, an adorable photo booth bus, custom built furniture rentals, a local photographer, mens custom suits, sister wedding planners, and a coffee bicycle bar.
Working with stores like Williams–Sonoma on their A Night With Williams-Sonoma event was such a fun opportunity for us to try something new. It was similar to that event at Crate and Barrel we shared about a few weeks ago. We’ve done plenty of open house style events at venues or bridal shoes, but this was a new way for us to market to a different crowd in a really authentic way. We met people organically and naturally, who were just browsing the shop, which was an awesome opportunity for us to chat in a way that isn’t all ‘sales-y”… if that makes sense. Those sort of ‘HEY HIRE US’ things aren’t really our style.
The night of the event, it stormed pretty bad. There wasn’t a large crowd, but we did meet a couple of friendly faces who became clients. The best part of the A Night With Williams-Sonoma event was the staff. They were so insanely helpful with the folks who were checking out the event. They offered help with creating a registry and knew a bit about all of the companies involved. It was such a lovely evening with vendors who we’ve worked with and some that we met for the first time. We hope to do more events that are outside the box and give us a new opportunity to showcase our inventory from Tremaine Events at other unique events. We’re constantly blown away by all the great opportunities that are in Arizona for us.
