Tara & Eric Hainsworth are the too cool for words owners for Hainsworth & Co, a salon focused on educating and inspiring their employees as well as branching out to offer education within the hair industry. Tara has worked with us on past events, like our Babes & Braids events, and I even was going and getting regular hair cuts at one point with her. Which, by the way, were some of the best haircuts I had received. She explains her process and what she is doing, so you as a client understand that she not only knows what she is doing but wants you to know what she is doing.

Eric & Tara have been operating their salon at Palette Collective in Chandler Village for just about a year (they’re ONE year is coming up in April), and we love following along with their journey as business owners. They’re so on top of making their employees feel like so much more than just another employee. They all seem like such a fun and close group! When Tara reached out to get some furniture for her holiday party, we knew we would be a good fit. She explained that her favorite holiday was Valentine’s day, and she really wanted to have a holiday party on her favorite holiday. How cute, right? She threw an epic holiday party with her crew at the beautiful home of our friend Lexi Grace Design in Gilbert. Tara went for a boho vibe which was perfect for our what we have in our inventory. With hand spun sugar floss from Sweet Wool Co. and handmade pizzas for each attendees from Mykes Pizza, this dinner party is one that is seriously giving us major heart eyes. We loved the boho touches, including the pops of color that those florals by Hoot & Holler add to the table settings.
